What is the Saudi Stock Exchange?

Tadawul (Saudi Exchange) is the official stock exchange of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and one of the largest financial markets in the Middle East and North Africa region by total market capitalization. Established in 2007 as a joint-stock company wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Tadawul was self-listed on its own exchange in December 2021.

Tadawul operates two primary markets: the Main Market (TASI), which hosts large and mid-cap companies such as Aramco, Al Rajhi Bank, and SABIC, and the Parallel Market (Nomu), designed for smaller and emerging companies.
